WHAT LEVEL OF PHOTOGRAPHIC EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED TO ATTEND THIS WORKSHOP ? Participants of any age over 18 years, including students, amateurs, and professionals who want to enhance their creative photography skills, can register for this workshop. When you submit your registration for review, your body of work should express creativity and passion. You must have a good working knowledge of your camera, lenses, and image editing software during the workshop sessions.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A SPECIFIC CAMERA, FORMAT OR BRING PARTICULAR LENSES TO BE A PART OF THIS WORKSHOP?
No, you can attend this workshop with any camera, lenses, equipment, and accessories you may have. You will require a camera body with a wide-to-tele lens. Any DSLR or Mirrorless Camera body with M/Manual mode will suffice.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A LAPTOP AND IMAGE EDITING SOFTWARE ? Yes, it is a must, as this is an advanced-level workshop. You must have some basic knowledge of image editing, color corrections, and file processing.
DO I HAVE TO KNOW - HOW TO USE STUDIO LIGHTS OR KNOWLEDGE OF LIGHTING SET UP ? Not really, you can learn the basics here and know a few more technical things if needed from this workshop.
WILL I BE ABLE TO SHOOT 'ONE ON ONE' WITH THE MODELS PROVIDED IN THIS WORKSHOP ? Yes, this workshop is designed so that you can shoot and have your experience along with the artist as he demonstrates and guides you. Each one of you can also shoot individually with the models as time permits.
WILL THE ARTIST, GUIDE & MENTOR ME, ONE ON ONE BASIS ? Yes, you are free to ask or be guided by the artist if the time permits.
CAN I ASK ANY OTHER QUESTIONS TO THE ARTIST ABOUT SUBJECTS THAT ARE NOT PART OF THIS WORKSHOP ? Absolutely, we discuss many things during the course of this workshop, and we encourage interesting, in-depth knowledge-based conversations.
CAN I POST OR USE THE IMAGES I HAVE SHOT IN THIS WORKSHOP IN MY SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS OR USE THEM AS MY PEROSBAL WORK ? You must remember that the images you have created are during the part of this workshop, so you must acknowledge that. You are allowed to use them as long as you credit the workshop and everyone who helped you create these images, including the models and the artist, etc.
AM I ALLOWED TO CONNECT OR WORK WITH THE THE MODELS I HAVE SHOT WITH IN THIS WORKSHOP IN THE NEAR FUTURE ? Absolutely, you are free to connect and work with anyone you have met in this workshop. It will depend on your mutual interest.
IS THERE A SPECIAL DISCOUNT FOR STUDENTS ? The workshop fees are planned and designed in the most economical way.You must understand that you are spending three days with the artist, shooting a variety of models, and covering the costs of makeup artists, stylists, etc. So, no further discount is possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PAY FOR MY WORKSHOP AND I WISH TO CANCEL IT LATER FOR MY PERSOANL REASONS ? As mentioned on the website, all payments are non-refundable, and once you have confirmed your seat, we have already booked and blocked your spot for this workshop. When we do that, we are also letting some other candidates go since we have limited seats. We are sorry, but you won't be eligible for any refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I PAY AND MY SEAT IS NOT CONFIRMED OR CANCELLED ? You will only pay once your admission is approved. Once you pay for your seat, your admission is confirmed. If you cancel this booking after your payment, you are not eligible for any refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE PAID FOR THE WORKSHOP, AND THE WORKSHOP IS CANCELLED OR POSTPONED DUE TO COVID TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS ? This workshop will only be canceled or postponed at the last minute due to any COVID emergency or restrictions by the government or any other unexpected events. In either case, you will not lose your booking. If you have made any payment, you can choose to get a refund or we will keep your seat valid for the next workshop that we may plan at the earliest.
CAN I GIFT OR PAY FOR THIS WORKSHOP FOR SOMEONE ELSE ? It is possible, as long as the person you are gifting it to is approved through the registration and approval process. Please mention these details in your submission.
