Our adventure begins in Colombo, followed by a scenic coastal train ride to Galle.As we approach, the city’s fortified old town transports us back in time with its colonial charm and cobbled streets.
Photograph and create your own unique stories in this historic city. Soak in the lively atmosphere of bustling streets and marketplaces, or wander through alleys, discovering ancient monuments and structures. Galle offers every backdrop a photographer could dream of.
This workshop is designed for photographers of all skill levels, offering a unique opportunity to capture the essence of Sri Lanka on this beautiful island rich in heritage and culture.

WHAT TO BRING
For the workshop, you may bring any digital DSLR or mirrorless camera with a lens. You can choose either a zoom lens or a prime lens with a focal length ranging from 28mm to 85mm or more, depending on your preference.
If you prefer, you are also welcome to bring a film camera with a lens suitable for portrait photography.
Additionally, it is recommended that you bring a laptop along with an external hard drive or backup device to store the images you'll capture during each session.
Please note that this workshop will not include on-site image editing lessons. Editing sessions will be conducted online after the workshop, once everyone has returned home.
Be sure to pack any necessary camera accessories and devices you may need during the workshop.
Finally, don’t forget to bring your personal essentials for the duration of the 7-day tropical island trip.

During the workshop sessions and teachings, we do not permit any video recordings, or live streaming.
However, you are welcome to capture personal photos and videos of your own creations.
Images and videos produced during the workshop are subject to the consent of the models and artists involved.Participants are expected to abide by these terms and must sign a model release form for the use of their work.
It's important to note that this workshop does not involve, support, or create any form of nude adult content that could be offensive or disrespectful to the subjects or models being photographed as part of the learning process.

To participate in this workshop, all attendees must adhere to these terms and conditions and sign a model and workshop consent release form.
