Booking & Payments

  • Once your participation is approved, a workshop deposit amount is required to secure your spot in the workshop

  • The remaining workshop balance can be paid in one or two installments by January 10, 2025.

  • If you wish to book accommodation with us, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking, along with your deposit, as we need to pay our booking partners to secure your stay.

    All accommodation will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

    If you prefer to stay separately, you are free to book your own accommodation independently.

  • By making a full payment for both the workshop and accommodation, your booking for the entire event will be completed in one go.

  • A payment link will be sent via email based on the options you have selected in your application.

    Payments can be made using local and international debit cards, credit cards, UPI, and Indian bank transfers, etc.

    All payments must be made online.

  • If we do not receive your confirmation with a payment within 5 business days of approval, the seat will be released to the next applicant.

    All payments are non-refundable.

    Information shared during registration and payment is fully confidential and encrypted, and will not be shared with any third party.
